I'm having trouble integrating the WhatsApp API into my Node.js app. The documentation is confusing, and I'm not sure if I need to use Twilio. By the way, my WhatsApp template is approved now. How do I let Twilio know about my approved template, or do I need to get the Cloud API?

We are Node.js, not Twilio. If you have an issue with a third-party library, please get in touch with them.
