Wasm module status #4307

Details

I've been using using .wasm modules with the --experimental-wasm-modules Node options since about 2020 and it works great; but since then I don't see much discussion about it in the Node repo. What are blockers to enable support by default?

Every couple months I'm checking issues with the "wasm" label without success. Are discussions somewhere else? Am I missing something?
