Consider cutting the Seoul event. #40

This falls right in between Interactive NA and EU. It may be just a bit too much to be trying to do another international event at this time.

I sent an email to the events group including @mikeal after our Bengalore retrospective but never heard any feedback about my idea, so I'll post it here.

We need to build stronger networking and community ties in Seoul. I feel that it is an important enough group to visit that I think we should consider it for a Node Live 2017 kickoff, given future approval of the events running.

@hackygolucky yeah, there's a super active community in Seoul that we should definitely do something for and early 2017 is a good target, my main concern is just trying to do this in between the Interactive's.
