I have chatted briefly with @kayleachampion and @dicortazar and @mhdawson and would like to propose an hour call to discuss next steps for analyzing and managing our community metrics across all the projects that are under the nodejs org.

Agenda

1. Discuss any further thoughts from the collab summit session.
2. Discuss a previous piece of work from the mozilla project to act as a reference/guide/template https://report.mozilla.community/
3. Agree actions on
   • importing the data
   • performing initial visualizations
   • managing the discussions/feedback
   • initial output format

Sorry for the late notice all but I'm going to have to move this to next Thursday 17th due to personal circumstances. If that's a problem and we'd rather keep a Tuesday then my next slot is 6th December. Please let me know in the comments.

Really sorry about this but I'm gong to have to move this again. I've a must attend client call that I can't move.

I'm going to move it to 2 weeks as I have personal time off then so I can guard the slot better.

Hi Again - Despite efforts to protect this day my brother has just arrived from the UK for a surprise visit!!! Moving to Jan which is my next holiday slot. I can't apologise any more than I already have but I haven't seen him for years so we've a lot to catch up on.

Hi @mhdawson @kayleachampion @dicortazar Apologies - My calendar got wiped when I enabled out of office for my hols so I've missed this.

Given this is the third rearrangement I've made and my calendar is looking hectic already for the start of this year can I someone to step in and co-ordinate?

I'll try and support where I can but I'm just not going to have the bandwidth to push this along.
