2015-02-26, Version 1.4.1, has been released. changelog is at the bottom the comment.

Do not be so excited just yet, v1.4.1 is not available to public except you want to build from source. https://iojs.org/dist/ release endpoint still only have 1.3.0 as the latest. No official update at this moment.

Note: version 1.4.0 was tagged and built but not released. A libuv bug was discovered in the process so the release was aborted. The tag was straight after a558cd0a61 but has since been removed. We have jumped to 1.4.1 to avoid confusion.
