开始翻译Node.js官方网站内容

• 我们该使用zh还是zh-cn做简体中文的名称

hi @JacksonTian 翻译现在有人在负责吗。我现在每天能抽半小时来翻译，比较想知道如何贡献比较好。比如 pr 到哪里，以前在 iojs 的时候有 fengmk2、popomore 等人帮忙组织，现在进展是停滞了吗。

PS: 现在小组的工作确实是停滞了，大家都有自己的事吧。

@XadillaX live 在独立的 repo 里，nodejs/live.nodejs.org

之前的 weekly 还要翻译么，我觉得可以放弃了。另外我们要把整个 repo 里的东西转到 Node.js 上来了，现在所有的东西都还是 io.js。
