README to Website Pipeline doesn't convert link correctly #3748

Bug Description

The README conversion to a docs site does not convert relative links in the README to examples checked in the repo to functional links in the website

Reproducible By

go here: https://undici.nodejs.org/#/?id=undicirequesturl-options-promise
click the request examples link at the bottom of the section
link 404s

do the same from the README and it goes to the correct file in GitHub.

Expected Behavior

the link to request examples should not break on the website
