Sorry, it looks like the earliest we have is v18.16.1 because that would be the next build after that recipe was added.

Currently we can't queue up singular builds, we have to rebuild the whole lot, which causes problems for consumers who rely on the hash digest. See https://github.com/nodejs/unofficial-builds/issues/114
