Fixes https://github.com/nodejs/unofficial-builds/issues/79 (Name resolution changed a few weeks ago for the server that the toolchain is being pulled from).

May be superceded by https://github.com/nodejs/unofficial-builds/pull/75 but this is a quick fix to stop things breaking an allow us to get builds out as they are currently built
