ci: run wpt #40

this adds a step to run npm run wpt -- --summary-only like in travis and removes the nightly build (i doubt it is useful in the first place)

@tniessen you may remove .travis.yml and disable the travis webhooks after this is merged.

I am going to wait a little longer, GitHub CI just failed and it seems like infrastructure problems:

An error occurred while provisioning resources (Error Type: Disconnect).
Received request to deprovision: The request was cancelled by the remote provider.
