Hi, Is it possible to insert a text at the end of an email for all users? I have searched on the site but have not found anything.

This definitely is out of scope of webmail. Mail submission is handled by https://github.com/nodemailer/wildduck and there already is issue there for this https://github.com/nodemailer/wildduck/issues/191
