Added new feature of encrypted mailboxes

  1. You can specify any mailbox and encrypt it
  2. Messages added to this mailbox are encrypted if the user has pubKey set
  3. If not pubkey set then old messages in the given encrypted mailbox will not be re-encrypted later on when new pubkey is set
