Fix examples in the ESP32 IDF 4 branch #3523

As per https://github.com/nodemcu/nodemcu-firmware/issues/3397#issuecomment-1132515962

The /lua_examples on the dev-esp32-idf4 branch don't seem to correspond to the API and docs on the same branch.
