Let's get quotes from IEXTrading as well as AlphaVantage and see what data points overlap for our GlobalQuote response

As a consideration, it seems that although the /deep endpoint returns similar data as the GLOBAL_QUOTE endpoint from AlphaVantage, IEX does not return data from this endpoint when the market is closed
