• [x] At the dashboard screen, 马丽 taps the “instructions” icon and the screen is covered with a filter that highlights interactive elements while an audio clip is played describing the current screen and its interactive elements.
• [x] 马丽 taps an interactive element while in this “instructions mode", and an audio clip is played explaining the element just tapped.
• [x] When the audio is finished, "instructions mode" automatically dismisses.
• [x] 马丽 can at any time tap the “close instructions” icon and the screen no longer displays the "instructions mode" and audio stops playing.
