content: Fix reasonableness in L9 #444

Because it is confusing when an exercise has two logically and semantically correct answers, while only one of those is allowed as the correct answer,

this commit will:

clean up the content specification for lesson 9 and 10 to remove ambiguity of answer options

Resolves #438
