feat: Increase repetitions from 5 to 10 #451

Because users may get confused by being automatically returned to the main menu, we should keep them in an exercise session for longer. However, the exercise sessions should not be so long that users lose interest.

This commit will:

change the number of repetitions in a session from 5 to 10
