feat: Use more domain specific language #472

Because units of content is a better description than "lesson"

this commit will:

replace all language using "lesson" with language using "unit"

NOTE: This bumps the content spec format version to v1.3.0. Content formatted according to an earlier version will not be compatible with Seedlingo v1.3.0 and above.
