add automated deployment #19

@martinheidegger @a0viedo I'm trying to setup automated deployment for our github page but it seems that I don't have sufficient permissions to do so.

@gaboesquivel what do you mean, it isn't working right now? each time you push to the branch 'gh-pages' of this repo it should be automatically deployed to http://nodeschool.io/costarica

source is branch page-source, we run a gulp task that generates optimized files for the gh-pages branch. I want to setup slack notifications in our slack team for activity in this repo as well as setting up Circle CI to automatically lint PRs and deploy all commits in page-source branch.

the permissions I have are not sufficient for this. I cannot see nodeschool org in slack or circleci travisCI secure push to nodeschool also failed.
