Add Bainbridge Island NodeSchool Chapter #122

We'd like to have our chapter added to the International Day website. Verified changes in Atom HTML Preview and Chrome F12 developer tools.

"Bainbridge Island" wraps to form two lines of text, giving the hover card more height than London's. Other NodeSchool chapters with longer names will do the same. Additional front-end work will be needed to make hovercards consistently-sized once all chapters are added.
