Grammar issue and a broken link #132

Three (fairly minor) issues on http://nodeschool.io/international-day/

1. This text:

The chapter logo's below show who is currently enrolled, and provides links to the event sign up pages.

[logo's, unnecessary comma, subject/verb agreement chapter logos/provides]

Should be:

The chapter logos below show who is currently enrolled and provide links to the event sign up pages.

2. There are two instances of Nodeschool on the page that are missing the capital S. The second mention at the top of the page and in the title of the footer. Nodeschool should be NodeSchool.

3. The link to the Code of Conduct in the footer is broken. It should point to: https://github.com/nodeschool/international-day/blob/2016/code_of_conduct_en.md

I can get to this by end of day, but if anyone else has time to fix before then, please do.
