Resolve mixed-content errors and broken links #146

A few minor code changes to fix broken links and icon display issues:

Updated links to use HTTPS, primarily to address missing icon issues now that HTTPS is enforced by Github for this site.
Removed the "loading..." text, as the Google forms used previously are no longer available and there is no data to load.
Commented out navbar links to "Upload Media" and "Provide Feedback", as those Google Forms are no longer available.
