• [ ] Order pizza in morning, approx 1 large pizza for every 4 attendees (assume 30% dropout rate)
• [ ] Prepare introduction slides
• [ ] Arrive at venue 20 minutes early
• [ ] Check audio-visuals
• [ ] Set up chairs & desks
• [ ] Prepare mentors
• [ ] Get everyone seated for 7pm
• [ ] Introduction, thank sponsors etc
• [ ] Wrap up and direct everyone to the pub
