Port over to new ti.to account #29

Hey @olizilla @alanshaw @ezodude

the nodeschool orgs decided to encourage chapters to have their own ti.to account so that team management is not a headache. this makes sense, so I have created a new nodeschool-london account and ti.to have kindly upgraded us to their top tier.

can we use this account for future events
