Update chapter json #10

I've submitted a PR to update the nyc chapter json https://github.com/nodeschool/nodeschool.github.io/pull/403

Changes include:

  1. Adding @acingraham and me as organizers (for any upcoming changes to nodeschool group membership changes which could refer to this chapter json)
  2. Adding the new nodeschool website so users are linked to the site vs to our github repo
