Places to advertise Nodeschool Oakland events #9

From a conversation with @ajfarkas @ Oakland.js tonight: Let's come up with a list of places to advertise Nodeschool Oakland events, so that we know where to share when the time comes. Ultimately these should go into the event planning checklist.
