It's possible create another Chapter in Guatemala? #538

Hi; I am Walter Cordero, I and my friend founded together in April 2016 the NodeJS Guatemala Community, but during this time we tried to apply to become part of NodeSchool but, the members of Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, told us that was impossible because they had the rights over the name of NodeSchool in Guatemala, right now I know that there is a NodeSchool chapter in my Country but we are trying to expand our community through the rest of the country, I know it would be awesome that our community and the current chapter to work together but, honestly I don't know if they want it, is for that reason that I'm creating this issue, to explore the chance to look for the chance to create another chapter, like a branch.

We are unprofitable Community, we are not asking for money or sponsorship we only want the permission to use the Node School's name that's it

hola , yo creo que puedes, solo cambia el nombre, eres libre, esta es una comunidad libre, en El Salvador en mi caso formo parte de nodeSchool SanMiguel , El Salvador, tambien existe NodeSchool SanSalvador, y no tenemos problemas por ello, disculpa mi español
