Nodeschool Niš #554

Hello guys, i would like to start a nodeschool chapter for niš, serbia. I am @tekindermisel on twitter, i'm senior front-end developer. I'm using node.js actively last 1.5 years now, and JavaScript for around 7 years.

The town in which i would like to start nodeschool is named niš

hey @tekindermisel, do you have any co-organizers in mind? we usually ask for co-organizers when creating a new chapter

@a0viedo: Yes, i have one for now, but i planned to have at least two. @ristaa ( github acc ) will join me from the beginning.
