Add meta images/icons for Apple, Facebook, and Microsoft (also used by Mozilla). #16

Many applications look into the meta tags of a html document to find preview images for touch icons / preview images. I'll come up with some drafts for now but that's something for our designers (@ashlynbaum?) in the long term :)

EDIT: steps to resolve this issue:

  1. render JPGs (Facebook) and PNGs (Microsoft, Apple) of the official logo
  2. add meta tags / links to the index.html

@zvyn Id say we should just use a png of the logo design from issue #1 , but that also means that we need to decide on a final design for the logo as a group.

Fair enough, I'll delay this until we have logo then!
