we need a simple static website at this repo's gh-pages, which will be available at nodeschool.io/wellington

it's probably a good idea to copy the basic concepts from other NodeSchool chapters. so far i like Belgrade NodeSchool's website and Nodeschool Toronto's website but i've only combed a few.

rough MVP outline:

keen to get help if anyone is interested.
