Working on IDE #183

Please test :

Editor (I upgrade Ace editor to new version , also i add autocomplete, code snippets support)
Files reopening (when the file is opened, but toggled click on file in left side bar should reopen the file), related to this https://github.com/nodesign/weio/issues/152

It's very important to test this , and confirm that IDE works as excepted.
