Custom fields not in form code

When creating a subscription form with a custom field, the form code that shows up, as well as the preview, do not have the custom field in it.

I'm glad to try or provide any other information that is needed.

Steps:

• Create a newsletter
• Create a subscription form
• Create a custom field
• Enable (check) the custom field
• Generate the form
• See form code without the custom field

@gerardjp Could you also paste the input data you used to create the form. All of them including the pre-populated subscription confirmation field, etc.
