First of all, your plugin is a great idea and very much needed in the WordPress world, so please keep up the good work. I can see that you've already put a great deal of work into it.
One quick thing that would be very helpful is to add to the documentation how to exit maximize mode when using the WYSIWYG editor when composing a broadcast. Once I invoked it, I couldn't figure out how to exit and return to the original (no button, esc didn't work, clicking outside the window didn't work, etc), so I lost all my work, but it was fairly simple to recreate, and when maximize wasn't invoked, I was able to finish composing the newsletter.
Either updating the user manual or deleting the button would fix the issue.
