I composed a broadcast, selected 2 recipients using the customize feature, hit , got a confirmation message, the Queue Manager says that nothing is queued, and I even tried to force delivery using the Background Process window, but 6 hours later, neither recipient has received anything. Spam folders have been checked, email addresses verified, and both email accounts are working properly.
This is fundamental functionality, and I'm honestly not happy at having spent hours learning the software only to have it fail at the most important point in the process, so I would suggest that if this can't be fixed immediately, that the plugin be taken down or a prominent warning message posted, so that other people don't waste their time like I did. I had a client deadline that I'm now going to miss because of this.
Raj, I can see that you've put a lot of time and effort into this plugin and can see that it worked superbly for quite a long time, so I hope you don't get discouraged by this post, but if software doesn't work, then that needs to be made crystal clear to people who are depending upon it.
