Shortcodes/Placeholders Failed #244

Confirmation E-Mail:

Subject: Response Required: Please confirm your request for information

[!confirm!] [!address!] [!ipaddress!] [!date!] [!url!]

Here everything is working properly.

Subscription Confirmed E-Mail:

Subject: Welcome to [!newslettername!]

[!name!] [!newslettername!] [!sitename!]

Here everything is working properly.

Autoresponders (DAY 0, etc):

This is not working. Here is the problem. This is what gets the subscriber:

Hello [!name!],

This email is being sent to you because we received a request from you that you wanted more information from us. Your email [!email!] IP address [!ipaddress!], timestamp [!date!] and detailed headers have been saved in our database as proof of your request.

[!unsubscribe!] / This works.

Perhaps this is related to #239
