Wrong status of subscriber in german word press enviroment #246

Hello, when a user sign for a newsletter he gets the state "Angemeldet und bestätigt" and can receive newsletter. When he confirms the registration he gets the state "Angemeldet" and can't get any newsletter from now. But it should this way: A user signs for newsletter and gets the state "Angemeldet" and gets no newsletter. After he clicks on the confiramtion in mail he should get the state "Angemeldet und bestätigt" and be able to get newsletter mails.
