Thanks a lot for the new update.. but autoresponder still doesn't work #247

All warnings are gone.. but emails from auto responder still doesn't send especially the ones scheduled on the day of subscription (day 0).. Just thought of notifying you.. thanks! still a great a plugin by the way. Regards.

The day 0 email will be delivered not immediately. It takes a while. For the next cron to trigger.

Also, could you check your server logs and check if you see anything relevant to WPR there?

Hi,

I'm not sure if I'm looking at the right thing.. but the error logs file shows lots of warnings relevant to plugin... It shows something similar below for the past days of using the plugin (this is for April 27.. Sorry, not so savvy with this stuff.. Thanks for your reply!

I am having the same issue....it has been nearly 2 hours since I tested the autorepsonder. I also have not received the admin notifications yet. I did test with two different new subscribers, nothing sent out yet. If you want me to check my server logs as you did above...I will need to know how to do that. Thank you.

Also, if you can just get your web host to upgrade to v5.3+ that would be great.

Thanks! plugin updated... and nope.. still not sending out the autoresponder emails. :(

Same here, latest version of plugin, follow-up subscription database table full of subs waiting to receive their first email autoresponder (first of eight) and they are not triggering. Very frustrating as autoresponders were a prime reason for picking this plugin.
