Some problems with newsletter plugin #301

I have some problems with newsletter plugin. I can not save the subscription forms.

when I push the botton "save and get code", nothing happen and the subscription remain without change.

In spite of the subscription form does not have any subscriptions to any category or posts (none in the field), when I write an article, the plugin send it to all the subscribers.
