Create a readme header png or gif #21

Hey @thefoxis Can you produce a non svg version of the nodezoo logo so we can use it on the README's? You can dump it in the imgs/ folder and I will find a proper home for it.

Github doesn't like SVG's in the readme and using the change header trick sometimes fails on npm so I think a regular graphic will do fine. Pretty much like we do on the seneca ones.

I'll have someone else run through all the readme's with the file.
