Install and Build Websockets for Info.js #39

Info.js is using setTimeout to poll for github/npm/travis info results. We'd like to replace this with websockets using hapi.js' nes, using https://medium.com/lexical-labs-engineering/redux-best-practices-64d59775802e#.qb7r54mzt as a setup ref

As agreed @Georgette I'll push this off until the end of April, it's not priority yet and I want to use Tentacoli here also (which means we should wait for @mcollina to return from holidays)
