An editor (or RealityHub) may send multiple requests to a MediaZ launcher (e.g. multiple ContextMenuRequests). Message IDs would allow the requesters to match responses with requests.
This was initially planned for 1.2 "will be addressed in 1.2 (depends on now Action family)" but we missed it, so it could be done in 1.3
