Bluetooth not working on RPi3B+ #1

Only Bluez version 5.50 works on RPi3B+ (2018). Latest version 5.9 breaks bluetooth. This issue is confirmed with Rasbian and Bamarni-desktop-full64bit so its hardware related.

Todo: Ensure this repo uses bluez 5.50 only (docs & scripts).
