Init device with language #11

This pull request is to add the possibility to init a device with a specific language (default = 'en'). To know supported language see the Google Cloud Speeh API documentation.

Looks like the change hasn't been pushed to NPM. Any idea when this could be done ?

Done! npm new version should be 1.1.0
