Handling setup when NoelPush is already launched #14

Right now, when you execute the setup program while NoelPush is already launched, you get an error message that doesn’t say much:

A message saying "NoelPush is already installed and running" would be better.

Turns out launching the installer will delete Update.exe and the packages folder in %localappdata%\NoelPush, this does big damage — NoelPush stop launching with Windows, and the shortcut in the Start menu stops working — and should be prevented.
