Send file in Explorer to NoelShack #7

When we right click on a file supported by NoelShack in Windows Explorer, it would be nice to have a “Upload to NoelShack” (in French: “Envoyer sur NoelShack”) option.

Currently, I send to the statistics the mode = 0 (capture area). Maybe a mode = 2 for this way should be pertinent

The mode for region capture is 1, while 2 is for all-screen(s). We’ll use 3 for uploading via the Explorer.
