[1.18.2] Botania-1.18.2-433 changes the ItemTwigWand constructor and now has a Dreamwood wand #108

MythicBotany's dreamwood wand is now redundant along with it's current conflict with ItemTwigWand's constructor which causes MythicBotany to fail to load with Botania-1.18.2-433. The ideal fix would be to just remove all instances of ItemDreamwoodWand from MythicBotany now.
