Add makeitsnow command #36

Since we are in the festive spirit and rain should not be the only weather type that leads to tipping please consider pulling in this additional makeitsnow command.

@Neurosploit thanks for the PR but I think there is no need to add additional command which will duplicate existing one, it may confuse some people.
