Debug hook causes lua to crash #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a debug hook
2. Do nothing in the hoook
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everything should work as intended but instead Lua crashes with 
"Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that 
other memory is corrupt."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
