"1302 flatten 1”, and place ‘#’ in front does not work in XP11.50 on my machine. "#1302 flatten 1" causes CTD. --> using "1302 flatten 0" works

Perhaps issue occurred because apt.dat was changed while XP was running. This can cause XP to crash. --> leave for the moment as it is; wait if further report this issue for Linux
