Type double_cut not visible for raster-elevation mesh

When using double cut on non-raster elevation mesh, then the outer cut becomes invisible. The mesh trias are already lowered by first cut and elevation retrieved for the outer cut is then already the new elevation. --> To outer cut first and then inner cut with given elevation.
